Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for female roommate to move in with three other roommates who are all late 20's professionals (your roommates would be two girls, one guy) who live our own lives, but are also down for Thursday night wine down the street, or a Netflix party now and then. Everyone is really great and very, very easy to live with. No pressure and laid back. Looking for a girl who is kinda similar. What do you love about this place? About 11x9 feet, tons of space! The layout of the room maximizes the space really well, where you can have the bed against the wall, and still have a whole room (picture shows bed in center of the room but you can see what I mean in person). The closet is HUGE and fits everything I own. Full-sized mirror doors. Also lots of storage on top of the closet. You will never, NEVER have this much storage in Manhattan. There is also a skylight in the room which get great light into the room. Air conditioner I'll leave in the room. There is also a fire escape outside the window. Living room is really nice and airy. Skylight and high ceilings are great. Kitchen has all new appliances. Air ventilates really well so no problem keeping the heat down in the summer. Bathroom is shared with the other two girls. Two sinks and a lovely, huge shower. Literally 12-foot-tall closet. Again with the storage. Trader Joe's is a half-block away. Food is everywhere (great hang-out spots) and cheap Seamless options abound. We are a couple blocks from Equinox which has a pool on the rooftop. One block walk to the C, two or three blocks (five mins) to the 1. Washer and dryer in the basement. Walk-up building. Intercom to get in, packages left inside the intercom door. What isn't so great about this place? Construction of a building is going on next door.
