Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Hiiiii, I am letting go of my lease and I think you'll love this place! What do you love about this place? The best, best, best part of my apartment is the easy access to so many awesome neighborhoods. We're technically SoHo, but also one block from Chinatown, Little Italy, and a few shorts blocks to Nolita. My place is great for anyone who wants easy access to downtown nightlife, shopping and restaurants. It's also extremely convenient to get around the city from here with most major subway lines within easy walking distance. What isn't so great about this place? My apartment is in a really old building. The actual apt is renovated, but the building is not, so that's a thing. It can also be (per usual in NYC) a little noisy with street sounds.
