I will be moving to Atlanta mid-August and am looking for someone to sublet 8/19 through end of lease 7/31 next year. There’s a possibility you could start your own lease w management during this time. Rent-controlled spacious 1 bedroom. All utilities included except electricity. I wouldn't be leaving if I weren't moving away. Quiet neighborhood 1 block from C and 2 blocks from 1 train. Walkable to several restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Access to Hudson River down one side of street and Yankee Stadium down the other. Parking on street. No street noise in apartment. As for the furniture, I'm planning to leave the following behind: 2 air conditioners, dining table, futon, side table, yellow recliner, lamp above recliner, shower curtain, kitchen cart with microwave, all rugs.
