Entire place in Mid-Cambridge, MA

I am a JD/MBA student at Harvard subletting my apartment for the summer. More details below! DATES AVAILABLE: May 21 - August 15 (flexible) APARTMENT: 1 bed/1 bath (660 sq ft) on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Living room is furnished with 2 couches, 2 coffee tables, lamp, bookcase, and dining table + 4 chairs. I also have an air bed in case you want visitors (or want to split the rent with someone else). The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchenware (plates, cups, mugs, etc). Coin-operated laundry in basement. I do not have a TV. MY BEDROOM / BATHROOM: Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, and mirror. I also have closets outside the bedroom with an ironing board and iron. There is plenty of closet space, both inside and outside the bedroom. Bathroom has a tub and shower. ADDRESS: 16 Ware St. Apt. 24, Cambridge, MA 02138. It's right around the corner from a Starbucks and Broadway Marketplace (grocery store). On that same street is the Cambridge Public Library and a Harvard Art Museum. I live approx 7 minutes away from Harvard Square (walking) and about 3 min away driving. Harvard Square has a lot of shops, restaurants, gyms, dry cleaners, etc. PARKING: I have one parking permit that can be used to park in the lot next to the apartment. RENT: I am willing to be somewhat flexible on the rent if it is a concern. It includes utilities (heat, water, internet, gas & electric).
