Entire place in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We have lived here since the building opened and it has great amenities and excellent management. We looked at making this place our long term home, but an opportunity has come up that we can't refuse and is causing us to move. What do you love about this place? Bedrooms are big with large wardrobes in both, great size bathrooms (massive bath tub), layout is open and inviting. Close to wide choice of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. G train line a few blocks away and easy bus rides to downtown Brooklyn and Williamsburg. Safe neighborhood. Roof top with two grill areas, games room in basement and study/meeting room/library/art room and gym. Friendly doorman and maintenance staff. What isn't so great about this place? Franklin Ave is a one way busy Avenue, not a quiet street - but we have a young child and it's not impacted his sleep (we are in New York after all). We honestly wouldn't be moving if this opportunity hadn't presented - we love this place and have not had any problems/issues in the 4 years living here, and we think you will love it too.
