Entire place in Long Island City, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We are buying a condo and need to leave our current place this Fall. What do you love about this place? Our place is new (we are the first tenants), modern, has great amenities, and has awesome views of surrounding LIC, Queens, and the Manhattan skyline. It's super convenient to get to Manhattan for work via the 7, E, M, N, R, or W at Court Square or Queensboro Plaza. Short walk to downtown LIC and the waterfront. The building is very accommodating to pets and the front desk staff are super friendly and amazing. Enjoy in-unit laundry and a large walk-in closet. This is a corner unit so you can get lots of light! Both bedrooms have blackout shades, though, so you will still sleep soundly. We were the first occupants in this apartment and, consequently, everything is nearly brand new. What isn't so great about this place? The central A/C system and heat (which use Nests) are easy to manage using your phone or the wall units and work very quickly, but can be loud.
