Entire place in Long Island City, NY

I am relocating to Singapore, and have to sublet my contract. The contract will be renewed in July 2020. I really love this place, and have lived for 2.5 years. If you’d like, I’d give you a TV (without a lack) and king-sized bed for free, because I won’t send them to Singapore. Also if you'd like to use shower toilet, you could use it. The actual price of the unit is $3,640. I’ll give you a check for discount. You don’t have to renew the contract, it’s totally up to you.
