Hello! We're looking to sublet our entire one of a kind Loft in Downtown Brooklyn. Both my partner and I have been able to use our apartment as a live/work area. We're looking to find a subletter for August 15th or September 1st with the lease ending on January, 31st. We have over 12ft high ceilings and a ton of natural light in the day. Brand new appliances, hardwood floors, and ample storage within the loft. This space can be partially furnished for an additional cost, otherwise will be unfurnished. Unit Amenities -In-unit washer and dryer Dishwasher, and AC/Heating unit Our WiFi is wired with Fios Utilities run around $50/month depending on usage and can be paid to us via Venmo. Building Amenities: - Brand new gym with tons of new machines, weight rack, and mats. - Common space for working, which has been essential especially with mandated working from home. - Shared rooftop, with grills and tables for seating-- a summer essential, and the perfect private bungalow to hang out in. - Bike Storage free of charge - Garbage Shoots and Recycling Area on each floor - Great management who can help with repairs within a day. - 24/7 Doorman with safe storage for packages. Couples welcome, and pet friendly for an additional $500 as per our Building Management. Steps away from R, G, A, C, E, 2, 3, Major Bus lines along Fulton Street, and a 10-minute walk from Brooklyn Bridge Park. Right near Trader Joes, Brooklyn Fare, Alamo Movie Theatre, Target, and other major retailers. Also a 15-minute walk from Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, and 20 mins from Park Slope.
