Why are you looking for a renter? I love my apartment however I'm moving out to another country due to work. What do you love about this place? It's full of light which is hard to find in NY. There is a huge walk in closet where I have all my stuff + washer/dryer. It's a very calm neighborhood, you can sleep without any noise. You don't even hear your neighbor. The amenities are great! Bright, spacious gym + one of the best rooftops in NY. Trader Joe's is in 5 mins walk. The most important part is the safety. It's a great neighborhood with families and secure to live alone. What isn’t so great about this place? Nothing
