Private room in Bushwick, NY

Beautiful and spacious Bushwick apartment with ample sunlight and very little noise. Furnished private room in a newly built, two-bedroom, one-bath apartment. Utilities included. You will share a bathroom with my roommate who is very clean. There are two massive closets in the bedroom, one of which will be empty for you! There's also a writing desk and monitor if you need to get any work done (though I often work outside on the patio when it's warm enough). The room has it's own Heat/AC, and there is a giant private patio with hammock, table, and lounge chairs. The building has laundry, a gym, lounge area and roof deck access, and is a 5 minute walk to the JMZ train. "Sounds great! But why are you leaving?!" Great question (omg I'm so cheesy)! I work remotely for a company based in Boston and am moving there for a month for training. I absolutely love this space (my roommate is pretty incredible too). I originally chose this space because of the sunlight, location, and massive private balcony. It's a short walk to some awesome coffee shops and restaurants, and a quick train ride to Manhattan. Some added bonuses: - You can take the J train from JFK right to the apartment - Brand new building so everything is clean (and WORKING) - Camera on the building buzzer so you know who's entering - Shower is also a bathtub - The bedroom window backs up to a large quiet courtyard so you don't get the noise from the street - Plenty of street parking nearby if needed - Towels and linens provided - Bender, french-press for coffee, microwave - Access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO - Cleaning Supplies - Utilities included - Trash room is like 6 steps from the front door - My bed is like a cloud; seriously I melt into it every night I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible and will be extremely respectful of mine and my roommate's home.
