Why are you looking for a renter? I'm looking to travel for a few months What do you love about this place? Great location by different trains means less than 30 minutes into midtown Manhattan. Laundry & elevator in the building with a 5 minute door-to-door walk to a big grocery store makes city living easy. It's in a quiet residential area and mainly families who live in the building whilst being walking distance from 145th St with lots of bars and restaurants. Park access right by the apartment as well. What isn't so great about this place? The nearest trains are local lines (though connect 1 stop away from 145th St which has access to the A and D lines)
