Why are you looking for a renter? Looking to sublease a bedroom- in a luxury apartment building (Navy yard/Capitol Hill area). Looking for a renter to take over the lease for the DEN as shown in floor plan- starting May 1 till July 26 with an option to renew the lease after that. The apartment is a three bedroom unit and the roommates are both young professional women in their twenties. The rent is $1175/month+ Utilities The location is a 4 min walk from the green line and an 8 minute walk from the blue/orange and silver line. Whole foods is right across the street and Harris Teeter is a 6 mins walk. Washer/Dryer in Unit, Concierge, Amazing Rooftop, Gym and more The room can come furnished. The amenities are gorgeous. Rooftop deck, pool, game room, fire place and gym are all included in the rent. What isn't so great about this place? The room does not have Windows, its a den!
