Why are you looking for a renter? I'll be travelling abroad for 3 months, and I'm looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to take care of my place :) What do you love about this place? Coming home makes me happy: this is my creative home where I enjoy cooking, creating art, reading, playing music, and hosting people. This place gets a lot of sunlight, is extremely spacious and inspiring, and has a gorgeous panoramic view of the San Francisco Bay; sunsets are always incredible. It's in a very convenient, great location with kind neighbors, and an 8-minute walk to Ashby Bart, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops, with easy and free street parking too. This apartment is located on the third (and highest floor) of this unit, but there is no elevator. Also, there is a spiral staircase connecting the bottom floor (living room, kitchen) to the top floor (bedroom, bathroom). Cost inclusive of utilities (internet, gas).
