The apartment is in a perfect location in Sherman Oaks, right off of Ventura and two blocks away from the Galleria (which has a Starbucks, PF Chang’s, and Cheesecake Factory). The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, and safe. It’s conveniently located near the 405, so you'll have easy access to West LA, Santa Monica, and Brentwood. It’s also relatively close to Studio City. What isn't so great about this place? No elevator access unfortunately. Unit is on the second floor.
