Move-in is anytime between Feb.21 and March 1 This is the largest room out of three rooms in this Morningside apartment, which is one block away from the b/c train stop at west 116 street. The 2/3 train stop at West 116 and Lenox is three blocks away. The apartment building is in front of three MTA buses that go to and from Harlem, uptown and downtown. Bedroom is closest to the apartment entrance/exit, and furthest away from the other bedrooms, which provides additional privacy. Bedroom is 12 ft by 21 ft, and includes a half-bathroom with toilet and sink. There is also a closet that is 3 ft by 3ft. The apartment is comprised of a recently renovated kitchen and living room. There are two other male tenants (a medical resident and lawyer in their late 20s) who spend a lot time in the apartment when they are not at work. New roommate will be expected to clean after themselves, and communicate with other roommates whenever friends want to come over. Generally, this is a very laid-back group of people. Wifi is always $30 and ConEd bill is approx $30 as well. First month rent and deposit is expected upon moving (Anytime between Feb.21 and March 1) into apartment. In-person tour is available.
