Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Relocating due to work - seeking responsible renter to take over the remainder of our lease with the option of signing a full year lease starting 5/1. I love this apartment and the location is one of my favorite things - it's a beautiful neighborhood with tons of amazing food and bar options right when you walk out the door. Very close to Gramercy Park and Madison Square Park as well as the 6 Train (1 block) and Grand Central. The apartment itself is recently renovated and has a huge living room and kitchen that are perfect for entertaining. The bedroom is also a great size, easily fitting a queen bed and other furniture. Would also work for a flex 2BR. The deep tub in the bathroom is one of my favorite things about the apartment (rare for NYC!) and the unit also has a California closet in the bedroom. I also love being on the parlor level because you're not at the ground level but you also don't have to take the stairs/elevator.
