Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am a student and have been given the opportunity to study abroad over the summer. I am looking for someone to rent from May-Aug (summer months). What do you love about this place? Spacious studio on the first floor of a cozy townhouse right off of Broadway. The main living area is 160ft with a separate, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. This studio can easily accommodate 2 people with room to spread out. As you can see in the photos, it fits a bed and organizing shelves with a lot more room for more furniture. (The studio will come unfurnished) There are two big windows which let in A LOT of natural light. In the area: This studio is steps away from the M5 and M4 bus on Broadway and the M3, M100, M101 from Amsterdam. Just a few blocks away from the 1 and C trains, you will have multiple options to experience New York's amazing public transport. The studio is steps away from fast food, something fancy, and bars. If you need to take a breather and want to go for a walk, the riverside park is just a few blocks away. Laundry options are just across the street and a grocery store only 2 blocks away. The owner is responsive, with the tenant's comfort as his priority. You'll always be in touch with the building manager for any issues or questions you may have. What isn't so great about this place? There is no elevator.
