Why are you looking for a renter? Leaving town for a job offer. What do you love about this place? This spacious studio is stunning! The kitchen is large and ideal for any cook, the bathroom is equipped with heated flooring, classic penny tile, along with deep bathtub to soak in after a long day. Sunlight floods the space keeping it warm and inviting. There's washer/dryer in the unit, tons of storage, and central air and bike storage! It's decorated beautifully, if you plan to stay and renew the lease I would recommend that you consider purchasing the furniture/decorated as is. If you have your own stuff I can have it cleared out upon my departure. I am looking for someone to take over my lease by Feb 1, 2019 - April 28, 2020 (with the option to renew). The building is the BEST building in LIC, the doormen are fantastic, the amenities are bar to none: pool, complimentary weekly workout classes, outdoor movie theatre, sunroom, resident lounge, complementary coffee, sky deck w/ pool table! What isn't so great about this place? honestly, there's nothing wrong with this place. It's damn near perfect.
