Entire place in Southside, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My boyfriend and I have to move due to jobs. We really love this apartment and are so sad to go! Building Amenities: - Brand new! You will only be the second people to live in the apartment - Located right next to the East River - Shuttle offered in mornings and evenings to the JMZ - 24/7 doorman and dry cleaning in the lobby - Pool and gym are both beautifully maintained and OPEN as of July - Rooftop deck with direct views of Manhattan - Common space on the 7th floor where you can comfortably WFH (there are usually about 5-7 people there, giving plenty of space to properly social distance) - Pet friendly! The Apartment: - Dishwasher - Washer/dryer in unit - Floor to ceiling windows - 550 sq feet - Large enough to have three completely separate living areas, we fit two desks in the apartment and have been able to WFH well What isn't so great about this place? The only downside was the commute to the trains, but with the updated shuttle service, that problem was solved!
