Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm temporarily working outside of the state, I will be back towards the end of the year, but am flexible with dates. What do you love about this place? The outdoor space is incredible. It's shared with one neighbor. The unit was remodeled before I moved in and is a spacious studio. First level unit. Bright interior lighting on dimmers. Kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar! Fully furnished: couch, bed, huge TV, wardrobe, bookshelf. What isn't so great about this place? It's an elevator building, but you're on the first level. No doorman. Most the neighbors are very quiet, occasionally, you'll hear someone whose windows are open, but everyone is friendly and you can talk to them about quieting down.
