We are moving to the suburbs and looking for someone to take over our lease in our early September (flexible). The entire apartment gets filled with light due to direct sunlight throughout and has amazing nightly sunsets. Tons of closet space, washer/dryer in unit, open kitchen with granite countertops, and nicely furnished bathroom. Besides the king-size master bedroom and very large living room, there is a den/dining room off to the side of the kitchen that we have been using as a dining room. Solid hardwood floors throughout. Truly incredible building in a very safe neighborhood. Beautiful roof deck with herb garden and a gym in the lobby ($35/month). We are one block from the water and the amazing parks and restaurants of Battery Park City. Brookfield Place one block away, World Trade Center two blocks away, and Tribeca less than a 5 min walk. Fantastically located in a very community-based neighborhood where you’ll actually know your neighbors! Pets allowed. Less than 10 min walk to Chambers St 2/3/A/C, 12 mins to 4,5,N,Q,R. We have lived here for almost 2 years and are so sad to leave. When the lease ends on Jan 31, 2020, you will be able to renew the lease directly through the leasing office.
