Why are you looking for a renter? Moving out to an apartment in the same building with friends. What do you love about this place? It a 288 sqft apartment with a walk-in closet and a big balcony on the 11th floor with clear view of the Charles river and MIT. It's 5min from MIT, Kendall Square, and Kendall MBTA red line station. In-building gym, skyroom, laundry, AC unit, and free heating are included. The apartment is currently fully furnished with a king sized bed. I am willing to depart with my furniture if it's a deal breaker. My lease started on February 12, 2018 and ends on March 13th 2019 with the possibility of renewal and preferably full lease takeover. Rent (Negotiable): $2370. What isn't so great about this place? Expensive and a bit small for this rent price.
