Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I recently got married and we need more space. What do you love about this place? I locked in the price last year and the prices went way up afterward. The rate we have is amazing and won't be found again in a luxury building. The building amenities/staff and location are amazing. The entire staff is great and everyone always remembers your name. The amenities are great for hosting pregame with friends but the gym is probably the best in the area. Plenty of space and multiple machines, I'm never waiting on a machine. The location is also great, you're steps away from most trains. What isn't so great about this place? The views aren't the best. The roof is great for hanging out and grilling but your views are of other buildings. It also might be hard to have more than two guests over because it is a studio.
