What are you looking for in a tenant? Hi, I'm looking to sublet my beautiful newly renovated studio in East Village. The apartment has a full bathroom with a lot of cabinet space and a large shower area. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size bed with frame and built-in storage, a kitchen island with two high chairs, a full kitchen with equipment, and two double door built-in closets that allow for ample storage space. It is one floor up a walkup building. The building has a laundry room in the basement. The apartment is facing the building courtyard, so it is very quiet. My lease is up at the end of June 2021, so I would ideally like someone to take it long term, but I am also open for short term renters. The location is amazing - it is minutes away by foot from Tompkins Square Park, Washington Square Park, and many major subway lines. I am offering this apartment at the price I pay the building despite the fact that it is fully furnished. $2600/month. I will make sure to empty all my belongings from the closets prior to any move-in!
