Leaving San Francisco, and looking for someone to take over the lease on my studio in the very nice 150 Van Ness building. (1 year lease is up mid-August 2020.) The building has all sorts of fun stuff (pool, spa, theater, big gym, lounges, grills, two roof decks, etc.) You would just need to pass the building's credit check and income requirements, and the lease would transfer to your name.
