Blocks away from both Mount Vernon Sq/Convention Center and Shaw-Howard University metro stations (yellow and green lines) and also located on or close to many frequent bus lines. Building amenities include an amazing 2 story rooftop with boardwalk for sunning, infinity pool, music room (including a grand piano), as well as an outdoor bar and barbecue area (which can be reserved for private parties). There is also a gym, dog park and dog washing area, and herb garden for residents to enjoy. Private underground parking is available (for an additional fee) and a Giant grocery store is connected to the building via the garage. This is a pet-friendly building, but this would require additional pet fees. The apartment is furnished with a queen size bed and frame, sofa, glass coffee table and stools for the kitchen island. (I will be removing all of these items when the lease ends or you can purchase them from me at some point). Apartment also comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator and has an enormous walk-in closet. If don't want it furnished I am more than happy to remove my items. My lease ends 9/15/2019. You will need to pass a credit check and criminal background check to be added to my lease. Price includes trash and water.
