Entire place in Chicago Loop, IL

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving in with a new roommate whose lease ends in August, so I would like to avoid paying double rent. What do you love about this place? Proximity to all train lines is probably the biggest perk, plus you're just steps away from the red line. The view is absolutely stunning, especially with the floor to ceiling windows - you're right across from the Dearborn station clocktower, a green roof across the street, plus a great view of the Harold Washington library and Sears Tower. All modern appliances, in the kitchen. It's pretty spacious for a studio (technically it's a convertible) and the sliding doors provide separation between the living and bedroom areas. What isn't so great about this place? Guests have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The elevators can get clogged up, and they've broken down on one occasion (for 24 hrs) since I've been here. Age definitely skews younger here, and my neighbors have thrown a few loud parties on the weekends (never during the week). Sirens from police/ambulance are moderately frequent. Additional Notes -Lease is up October 31st, not November 10th (could only use 1 month increments) -Must be able to provide proof of income 2.5x the monthly rent
