Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to Nashville and am looking to sublet my apartment from March 1st to August 31st (6 months). The rent for this unit is $2,875 per month + utilities but I'd like to be done with this process ASAP; I am offering the apartment either unfurnished or furnished for $2,650 or $2,750, respectively and inclusive of all utilities charges (which average ~$100 a month). The building is also willing to enter into a new 12 or 24 month lease at market rate, which would be $2,875. Move in ready and affordable in the Seaport district - I will be sad to leave this apartment but it will treat someone else well! What do you love about this place? The building is a brand new converted commercial building; the walls are concrete and it is completely silent and well built. The appliances are high end, washer/dryer in unit, and the room itself is very spacious and uses its square footage effectively. The building has a luxury gym, pool, patio, and lounge area on the 28th floor with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and lower Manhattan. It is a great place to live and I'll be sad to leave it!
