The rent is $3000/mo but we had a free month so have been prorating the cost at $2880/mo out of pocket. Large bathroom with linen closet. Coat closet and full sized closet in unit. Decent sized kitchen with plenty of storage space. The floor plan dimensions are slightly off - the studio is several inches wider than shown. If you choose to keep the flexed walls, both rooms are equal in size and fit a full/queen bed. We are looking for someone to take over our lease and complete a lease reassignment with landlord approval. We will pay the assignment fee! This building is great with a view of the Statue of Liberty. It is close to the 4/5, R, and 1 train and about a 13 minute walk to the World Trade Center! The roof top is breathtaking.
