What are you looking for in a tenant?

I'm looking for a responsible and laid back individual that wants to live in an excellent building in Bayridge. This building is meticulously maintained with a live in Super. In fact, the super will be your next door neighbor. This place is a hidden gem in Bayridge and requires a tenant that lives up to this standard.

What do you love about this place?

Charming and spacious studio in a beautiful and extremely well maintained building. Just a few blocks from the nearest R station. A few blocks further down is Owl's Head Park and the Bayridge ferry station.

What isn't so great about this place?

Really, nothing. The studio itself has a separate kitchen (very rare in a studio!). There you can cook and entertain a partner or a few friends separately from your bed. New appliances, granite countertops and tile flooring. While the bedroom aspect of the studio has classic nyc hardwood. It also has 5 closets! The owner and super are very professional and polite but at the same time very strict and protective of the building. This IS NOT a dump.
