Private room in Bernal Heights, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm looking for someone to rent while I'm traveling the U.S. and South America for several months What do you love about this place? Big room (17'x15') with good lighting and a walk-in closet (there will be space there). I'm flexible on what items you want left out and which you want put away, but basically planning on allowing use of most things in the room (furniture, speakeres, tv, books, etc.) if desired. Other tenants in the apt. are working professionals in their mid to late 20s. They enjoy music (lots of house/techno here, but a mix of older genres as well), the outdoors, and hanging out, but everyone is independent as well. We do have some late nights but aren't often out during the week. Apartment has some hallway storage, a good kitchen, pantry, and breakfast nook. It sits above a market (which closes fairly early, so noise is not an issue there) which is convenient for small items/alcohol. Located near several parks (Bernal, Precita, Dolores), BART, groceries, and tons of food and drink options. In the neighborhood, parking is doable if you have a car, as there is no permit needed higher up in Bernal Heights. What isn't so great about this place? Apartment does not have dishwasher, washer/dryer (laundromat is around the corner), or a living room (though the room for lease has a couch). Because bars are nearby, it can occasionally be loud at night. There is a yard but it's fairly overgrown at this point and needs some care if it's to turn into a place to hang in.
