Two very large bedrooms. 1.5 baths. You cant beat the location! Convenient access to transportation: one block to B, Q, 2-3 express trains and a 10 minute walk to Atlantic Terminal Barclays Center. Great restaurants and shopping only a block away in either direction, Vanderbilt Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. The heart of Park Slope is only a five minute walk away. And Prospect Park is just an eight minute walk away! What isn't so great about this place? The internal spiral staircase can be a bit difficult to navigate for some, though the shared building staircase also provides access to the bedrooms on the second floor.
