Why are you looking for a renter? I’m looking to sublet out my furnished master bedroom in Stuytown starting immediately. My lease ends in June 2021, but you can sublet for as long as you want with the option to extend the lease even after June 2021! (I moved my stuff so none of the clothing / decorations in photo are included, but I will leave the IKEA malm bed, IKEA PAX mirror closet, extra clothing rack and the big furniture items!) This is a 932 sqft 2 bedroom (including 1 additional flex room) with 1 bathroom, and the spacious master bedroom is ~200 sqft with 2 built-in closets. The location is extremely convenient - it’s right above 1st Ave subway / bus station at the intersection of with 14th St, with CVS / Chase / grocery market / all kinds of restaurants right at your doorstep! Union square is a 10 min walk away! You will be rooming with two amazing girls - one is a senior at NYU graduating this year and about to attend NYU dental grad school in the fall, another is a nurse at Mount Sinai hospital who graduated NYU few years ago. Both are extremely kind and considerate people who I loved living with! What do you love about this place? Perks: - Location location location! There is no doorman or laundry in unit
