Why are you looking for a renter? I am leaving NYC for an internship over the summer, so I am subletting my place anytime between 5/20 and 6/30. What do you love about this place? Stuyvesant Town is an 80-acre neighborhood complex. You will have peace, quiet, and amenities that outdo any other apartment in the city. What isn't so great about this place? To be honest, the elevators are a bit slow. But other than that, I love living here! Additional Info: You would be roommates with Patrick Yu (ArchE '22) and suitemates with Alex Han (ArchE '23). There also may be a pet tabby cat staying in the apartment (you can see him in some of the pics). The apartment is a one-bedroom flex and you would share the master bedroom with Patrick (shown in floor plan). The Apartment -Located in Stuyvesant Town, on 14th St and 1st Avenue (the closest Stuytown building to Cooper Union) -Fully furnished with: -full-size mattress -desk -widescreen TV -bean bags -couch -personal closet -all basic living necessities (shower, kitchen, etc.) -Great view of Downtown Manhattan and Freedom Tower -Quiet and respectful neighbors Location -1st Avenue L Train Station, M101/M14 Bus Stations right in front of the building entrance (~30 feet or so) -14t St/Union Square Station 3 blocks away (L/4/5/6/R/W/N/Q) -Target (@14th St, Ave A) is very close-can get all toiletries, food, etc. at very low prices nearby Building amenities: -In-building laundry, dryer, bike storage, and garbage disposal -2 Elevators -Multiple basketball courts -Outdoor gym -Other outdoor facilities like tennis courts and turf fields -Nearby Stuytown fountain and park -Stuytown management (very responsive and helpful) Roommates: -Very respectful and clean -We each take responsibility for keeping the apartment clean -Contact us and we will get food together so you can meet them!
