I am looking for someone to sublet a room for a 1 year term. The apartment is in a great location in the East Village (Alphabet City), in a luxury building with 24-7 doorman, roof access with amazing views of all of Manhattan, (great spot for 4th of July fireworks viewing,) and laundry and gym down the hallway! The apartment is large, and there are two outdoor spaces- a balcony attached to the living room, and a large patio with picnic table and grill. The apartment is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on two floors with a spiral staircase. Entrance to apartment on 1st Floor! Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, and all necessary appliances, dining room and living room equipped with large dining room table, couch - cable and high speed internet. Lots of light. Apartment right next to Tompkins Square Park and tons of bars and restaurants. Roommates are 1 female, two males, mid 20's, respectful, down to Earth, great roommates. Please reach out if interested!
