((The only room that is not furnished is your new room)) The Neighborhood: The apartment is on 161st St, located in the coolest neighborhood, Washington Heights ! * Transportation: C train (just around the corner of 161st St, super close!), 1 train (157th St, 4minute walk), A train (168th St, 10minute walk) * As for groceries, there are 3 supermarkets that surround the apartment building (CTown, Superfood Town, Shop Fair Supermarket) * There’s two nearby laundromats on the same street * and the US Post Office is on 158th St For my preferred roommate, I prefer someone who is: * Kind * employed, or must be able to meet monthly rent's deadlines on time * communicates responsibly * Self-reliant * CLEAN (I'm very neat, it would be greatly appreciated if you help me keep the apartment clean and organized as well)
