Private room in Ward Two, MA

We are a couple currently renting two rooms in the house (one bedroom and one studio; both of which could be used as bedrooms) and moving out to get our own place. - 1 or 2 bedrooms (one can be used as a bedroom and the other as a study) - 1 bathroom for both rooms - Rooms are not furnished - House is shared with three grad students from MIT, Berklee, and Northeastern - 10 minute bus ride to Tufts - 30 minute walk to MIT - 20 minute walk to Harvard Square - 5-8 minute walk to Whole Foods, Market Basket, Walgreens, bars, cafes, and restaurants - $800 per room - Utilities not included (aprox. $50.00 monthly)
