Private room in Mission District, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I am subletting my room in my gorgeous mission house starting November 10th - November 25th (dates can be adjusted as needed). I live one block from Dolores, one block from Valencia stores/shops/bars, 10 min walk to Bart Station. I have roommates that are all very friendly and would be welcoming to you in our home. You would have your own private room (my room), shared bathroom with two others, and all the other amenities our house has to offer. We have a gorgeous garden, huge front and back porch, living room upstairs and downstairs, as well as the house cat Squeaky. Easy access to parking if you have a car. Please contact me if you are interested/to set up a tour. Also let me know the dates you would be interested in staying, would generally prefer to get sublet for the dates mentioned, but am willing to work around. I will tell charge depending on how long you wish to stay, but the asking price is about a week and a half of normal rent + weeks of utilities.
