Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for a sublet for a newly renovated beautiful 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment in the South End ASAP or the latest 2/1. I need to relocate for work, so I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease! What do you love about this place? Amenities: - Laundry in-unit (game changer!) - Dishwasher - Fully renovated kitchen - The entire building was renovated ~3 years ago. - Central Air - Gas Heat - Street Parking Amazing location right in the South End, easy commute into the city via bus or MBTA. Walking distance from Northeastern. The apartment is fully furnished. I am also open to selling my entire bedroom set if interested. Roommate is a working professional and super laid back. The big windows make it a little colder in the winter. I wish it could be a bit closer to the MBTA, but I've gotten used to taking the bus and it works for me.
