Apartment is very nice and modern and elegantly decorated with great light and Husdosn river Sunset amazing views. Extremely clean. Incredibly comfortable queen-sized bed in bedroom and sofa bed in the living room - accommodated 4. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate dining nook with table that seats 4. Wi-fi, TV, Roku, gym and all the expected luxury amenities. Dry cleaner, gym, laundry, ATM in building. Parking garage in basement as well as very safe, free street parking all over the neighborhood. Upscale, grocery under the building and next to Trader Joe. Great playground across the street and playroom on the first floor. Huge party room with full-sized kitchen, dining room that seats about 10 and very nice. Why are you looking for a renter? What isn’t so great about this place? The apartment has 2 queens beds and a sofa - can fit 5-6 people.
