Private room in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We're moving for grad school during the last month of our lease. What do you love about this place? The apartment is in a safe/residential neighborhood while still being wonderfully convenient to downtown NYC and a subway line. Given how high up it is, it's quiet with wonderful sunlight for the summer months. What isn't so great about this place? The room is actually a flex living room with a curtain, and the kitchen is a bit small. Roommates, however, are quite clean and keep often in their own rooms which means there's plenty of privacy.
