Private room in Fenway–Kenmore, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm a Northeastern University rising senior who will be working at home over the summer. What do you love about this place? Centrally and conveniently located. Hardly a 5 minute walk to the MBTA Green and Orange lines. CVS and Whole Foods are also less than 5 minutes away. Boylston St., Newbury St., and Fenway Park are all about a 10-15 minute walk. The area is also incredibly safe and we have never had any issues with crime. What isn't so great about this place? No A/C, but the windows are unit compatible and there is a ceiling fan that is very effective.
