The apartment gets wonderful light, and has beautiful finishes. Rent amount and move-in is negotiable. The building itself is beautiful architecturally, and the apartment gets wonderful sunlight and is very peaceful. The apartment also looks out onto trees, which is nice for an urban area. It has gorgeous hardware floors and fixtures, and feels very spacious given the layout and higher ceilings. Also, it is a two minute walk to Trader Joes and to the Green Line. What isn't so great about this place? The laundry is in the basement, and unfortunately there's no AC. I got a mobile AC unit which does the trick for the summertime. The landlord is willing to negotiate on rent and move-in date. Also option for furnished or unfurnished.
