Why are you looking for a renter? My husband and I will be traveling for the remainder of our lease so looking to downsize. We’ve lived here for two years and love the apartment, the building, and the area. What do you love about this place? Floor to ceiling windows with a gorgeous south facing view. Bright and modern true 1BR with premium appliances, walk in closet, in-unit W/D and luxury building amenities including rooftop with grills, gym with Peloton bikes, and lounge with kids room. Available to sublet from Feb 1-June 30th unfurnished. Ideally located at the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn's most vibrant neighborhoods. Less than a five-minute walk to eight major subway lines (2, 3, F, A, C, 4, 5, R) and steps from endless dining, entertainment and retail amenities. What isn't so great about this place? Construction is going on down the street but we can’t hear it from our unit (I only notice it when entering/exiting the building)
