Private room in Park Slope, NY

Sunlight queen-size bedroom in Park Slope, 3 month sublet. Aug 1 move-in with option to join lease after. Looking for a kind and considerate subletter while I travel out of state for the next few months. About the people: You will share the home with a grad student (26) and a museum employee (28) (who may not move back in until September due to his job being on pause). The vibe is friendly if you enjoy eating together and hanging out a few nights a week; but they also have no problem giving each other space. Due to COVID-19 we disinfect any new items that come into the house and do not bring in any outside guests without asking each other first. We expect any future subletter to be cautious and careful as well. Being a fan of The Office is a plus 😉 About the room: The bedroom is spacious and sunny with an exposed brick wall and hardwood floors. The room has double doors which open into the living room and are lockable. I will leave my bed, desk, chair, drawers, dresser, and AC for you, and remove the rest of my belongings. (Please note, I took all the pictures of the bedroom myself today; the pictures of the rest of the apartment are from the official listing from before we moved in, so the furniture in the rest of the apartment is different). This apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Neighborhood: We are located on 5th ave, which, despite being the street with lots of boutiques and restaurants, is fairly quiet and surrounded by residential streets. The Barclays Center (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R) is a 10 minute walk, and Prospect Park is a 20 minute walk. There is city bike station right at the corner and the R train right at the other corner if needed. Potential Issues: This is a 4-story walk-up. Also the heat is controlled by the building, so it can get hot in the winter, but the landlord is responsive and you can always open a window. Other: This is a listing for one (1) person. No smoking and no pets!
