Entire place in Flushing, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? A change in my family situation and I'll be staying with my folks in NJ for the time being to help out. I love my place, so looking for someone who will treat it well and enjoy it as much as I do. What do you love about this place? Sunny and spacious kitchen and bedroom, cozy living room to curl up on the sofa, read a book or binge watch some TV. Furniture is all in good condition, there's a separate table for dining or doing some work. Outside is a quaint village like feel with groceries, laundry, coffee shop and a couple good watering holes and restaurants within a 2 block radius. 7 train is 1 block away, < 20 minutes to Grand Central. I know it's listed as Flushing but it's Woodside! Greenmarket on Saturdays is a highlight of the week. The landlord and neighbors are great. An application is required as a formality but should be a snap. No smoking, no couples or pets allowed. Also note if you are deathly allergic to cats (Meaning: if a cat has lived there you will have an asthma attack or something) this is not the right sublet. My cat was living there and though it will be clean as a whistle I know some allergies are severe so I want to be sensitive to that.
