Westward views of Twin Peaks, Sutro Tower, Buena Vista. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 floor building, and has its own small patio. First floor is occupied by boba tea shop Brew Cha. Miele appliances, washer/dryer in-unit. Parking available for extra fee. Hardwood floors throughout, paneled refrigerator. Photos show possible layout, but unit is being rented unfurnished. Rent includes all utilities except PG&E (e.g. water, trash, high-speed internet). Well insulated, PG&E bills generally run $20-$50. New Nest thermostat controls heating and air-conditioning.
