Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving out of NYC to be closer to family. We have lived in this apartment for about 4 years and have loved every minute of it. We are sad to say good-bye. The bedroom can easily accommodate a king or queen sized bed with additional room for furniture. The bedroom (15''7 L x 7'9 W) has plenty of storage space with two deep closets and a bonus loft space. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, laundry in the basement area and pets are allowed. The apartment sits on a tree-lined street between Columbus Ave & Central Park West. 3 minute walk and you're in Central park. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, museums. Cannot say enough good things about this neighborhood! Walk up building and apartment is on the 4th floor. What isn't so great about this place? It is a prewar building so there is no elevator
