Why are you looking for a renter? I will be moving out of Chicago. What do you love about this place? This apartment has been great for me during my time in Chicago. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the red line and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is clean. The unit has AC. There is lots of closet space in the apartment.

“My landlord requires an application to be completed for any subtenant as well as a signed lease. I am willing to work with you if for some reason you need to vacate the city before the end of the lease which is December 31.“

“I don't have the exact dimensions, but the living space is roughly 12x13. This does not include the kitchen or the bathroom, nor the three closets. Yes, it is available for renewal after December.“

Are there any other steps to rent your place besides paying the rent?

“Hi Lawanda, a lease application will need to be filled out and approved by the landlord. In addition, a credit check is required. When I received my credit check, it cost $30. If the application is approved, then the lease will be signed and given to the landlord.“
