Hi! I love my apartment and my roommate but am heading out to travel for a couple months and want to sublet my room June 15-Aug 31. Apartment is a true 2-bedroom — bedrooms on opposite sides of the space! Big communal space that’ll be fully furnished with couch, TV, dining room table, and full kitchen. My room is furthest from the entry, has 2 windows, and is big enough to fit queen bed, desk, and dresser. Gym and laundry in basement; access to huge rooftop. Close to great bars and restaurants on Nostrand and Franklin aves.
